  • Participate on manufacturing reviews, transitions, new product introduction reviews, and manufacturing standard work improvements
  • Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives that support continuous process improvement
  • Create and maintain CMM programs for blades, standardized for use across machines where possible.
  • Utilize advance GD&T knowledge to program CMMs.
  • Point of contact for external software and machine maintenance requirements and calibrations
  • Drive partnership with Part Family Engineering and Quality Engineering teams through continuous improvement journey
  • High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of related experience or an Associate's degree or other 2-year post high school training with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • 2 years of CMM Programming experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • Two or more years of experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
