Estimated annual base pay: Level 1: $21.63(minimum) - $27.88(midpoint) - $34.62(maximum). Plus, overtime. If you’re a CMM/Metrology Tech , we have an exciting opportunity for you. This position is on 1st shift – Monday to Thursday, 4X10 schedule, starting at 5am.

Requirements

  • Measurement Techniques: Proficient in using precision measurement instruments for dimensional analysis.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Ability to follow established protocols and guidelines accurately.
  • Quality Control: Ensures adherence to quality standards in all measurements and processes.
  • Data Recording: Accurately documents measurement data and test results.
  • Analytical Skills: Capable of performing routine data analysis to support quality assessments.
  • Equipment Calibration: Skilled in calibrating measurement tools and equipment to maintain accuracy.
  • Technical Communication: Effectively communicates measurement findings and technical information to team members.
  • Team Collaboration: Works collaboratively within the team to achieve common objectives.
  • Problem Identification: Identifies and reports issues using predefined procedures and methods.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintains high accuracy and precision in all tasks to ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Measurements: Utilizes calibrated instruments to perform precise measurements following standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain Equipment: Cleans, calibrates, and performs routine maintenance on metrology tools to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Record Data: Accurately documents measurement results and maintains detailed logs in compliance with quality guidelines.
  • Ensure Quality Compliance: Adheres to established quality standards and procedures to maintain measurement integrity and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Communicates technical information and measurement findings effectively to support team objectives.
