Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Estimated annual base pay: Level 1: $21.63(minimum) - $27.88(midpoint) - $34.62(maximum). Plus, overtime. If you’re a CMM/Metrology Tech , we have an exciting opportunity for you. This position is on 1st shift – Monday to Thursday, 4X10 schedule, starting at 5am.
Requirements
- Measurement Techniques: Proficient in using precision measurement instruments for dimensional analysis.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Ability to follow established protocols and guidelines accurately.
- Quality Control: Ensures adherence to quality standards in all measurements and processes.
- Data Recording: Accurately documents measurement data and test results.
- Analytical Skills: Capable of performing routine data analysis to support quality assessments.
- Equipment Calibration: Skilled in calibrating measurement tools and equipment to maintain accuracy.
- Technical Communication: Effectively communicates measurement findings and technical information to team members.
- Team Collaboration: Works collaboratively within the team to achieve common objectives.
- Problem Identification: Identifies and reports issues using predefined procedures and methods.
- Attention to Detail: Maintains high accuracy and precision in all tasks to ensure data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Measurements: Utilizes calibrated instruments to perform precise measurements following standard operating procedures.
- Maintain Equipment: Cleans, calibrates, and performs routine maintenance on metrology tools to ensure optimal functionality.
- Record Data: Accurately documents measurement results and maintains detailed logs in compliance with quality guidelines.
- Ensure Quality Compliance: Adheres to established quality standards and procedures to maintain measurement integrity and reliability.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Communicates technical information and measurement findings effectively to support team objectives.
