About The Position

Support all CMM’s across entire plant. This will include but not limited to writing and correlating PCDMIS 3D part programs for part inspection and First Acticle layouts. Maintain CMM Metrology equipment including Programs on all CMM’s, Glastonbury’s, Spheres, Certifications and Software. Work closely with Design Engineers, Product owners, Quality and Process Engineers. Train and support production operators and other programmers on CMM functions and operations. Metrology Exams will be used to assess knowledge base. Metrology Certifications will be required to maintain position. Successful Bidders will be asked to produce a resume to verify experience.

Requirements

• Experience using PCDMIS inspection programs for High Pressure Turbine Blades, Vanes, and fixture programs, production part audits and manual layouts.
• A knowledge of (GD&T) Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
• This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Therefore, employment will be contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status (i.e., a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
