Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED and 1 year experience in a financial related role.
- Computer literate (Word/Excel)
- Experience in writing business correspondence, high attention to detail and the ability to problem solve, multitask, and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Intermediate to advanced SAP experience
Responsibilities
- Implement new chargeback pricing requests
- Process renewals for existing chargebacks and resolve vendor chargeback discrepancies
- Responsible for the automatic chargeback renewal process
- Research pricing issues
- Work cooperatively with the Pricing Lead to resolve issues and answer questions
- Complete special projects as delegated by Supervisor
- Keep Supervisor informed both verbally and in writing of issues within assigned area of responsibility
- Perform other duties as assigned
