Location: Dunedin, Florida clinic Job Type: Full-time or part-time Pay: $18.00 - $24.00/hour We're in it for more than paychecks. Requirements
- Certification through an accredited medical assistant program
- 1+ years of healthcare experience with strong phlebotomy skills
- 1+ years of experience using eClinicalWorks
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Basic computer skills, ability to type 45+ wpm, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- High school degree or GED equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English - a plus!
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the physician and office manager in our outpatient clinic
- Triaging patients and maintaining accurate medical records
- Completing a variety of patient care services as directed, including drawing blood
- Treating every patient respectfully and with dignity
- Helping patients feel comfortable and doing your part in providing amazing patient care
