Basic Job Functions: Operation of overhead cranes, inspections, inventory update, and general Cold Mill functions to maintain the operation of the plant. This position could be for the Pickle Line, R'T Mill, or Galvanizing Line Crane Operator. This position requires work on rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years Cold Mill Experience
Minimum of 2 years Overhead Crane Experience

Nice To Haves

Experience with remote crane and/or mobile equipment.
