Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a construction inspector or similar role.
• Knowledge of Specifications, regulations, and construction standards.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Certification as a Construction Inspector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on construction sites to verify compliance with plans and specifications.
• Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports.
• Communicate findings to contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and report any violations or deficiencies in construction projects.
• Ensure construction projects meet safety standards and regulations.
• Stay up to date on Specifications and regulations.
