Requirements

  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and engage with guests.
  • A guenuine passion for hospitality – you thrive in high-energy settings and enjoy creating memorable moments for guests.
  • WIllingness to acquire a ServSafe Alcohol Certification.
  • 1+ year of leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily food & beverage operations before, during, and after events to ensure seamless, high-quality service.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on menus, product offerings, pricing, and packaging – and communicate updates clearly to your team.
  • Maintain full operational readiness, ensuring all areas are well-stocked, prepped and organized.
  • Foster and maintain a culture of outstanding customer service, resolving any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage inventory and product quality, minimizing waste while maintaining value and consistency.
  • Oversee and update marketing and signage to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Levy and State health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Build strong working relationships with guests, clients, and team members, actively seeking feedback to elevate service.
  • Accurately verify and manage opening and closing inventories.
  • Uphold all company policies and guidelines.
  • Promote responsible alcohol service and a safe environment for guests.
  • Take on additional tasks that support smooth and successful operations.
