About The Position
The Club Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents and guests while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment. This role includes assisting residents, monitoring facilities, handling basic inquiries, and ensuring club policies and standards are upheld.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Assist residents with general inquiries and club amenities
- Monitor club areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper use of facilities
- Set up, maintain, and clean equipment or designated areas as required
- Enforce club rules and policies respectfully and consistently
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or incidents to management
- Support special events, classes, or peak-hour operations
- Restock supplies such as towels, refreshments, or amenities
- Provide basic assistance or directions within the club
