About The Position

The Clubhouse Assistant helps promote and strengthen the Great Lakes Loons brand values of fun, family entertainment, service excellence, and quality in every interaction. This position works closely with the Clubhouse Manager to support the daily operational needs of the Home Team, Visiting Teams, and Umpires, ensuring a first-class professional baseball environment.

Responsibilities

  • Facility & Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the clubhouse, locker rooms, dugouts, commissary, and dining areas.
  • Laundry Operations: Wash and organize team uniforms, personal player items, and towels.
  • Equipment Setup: Perform pre-game preparation of dugouts and bullpens, including equipment, water, sports drinks, cups, seeds, and related supplies.
  • Team Meals: Coordinate delivery and setup of catered team meals.
  • Team Access & Logistics: Assist with visiting team arrivals and departures and stadium access needs.
  • General Support & Errands: Be available for team errands and special requests from coaching and clubhouse staff.
