About The Position

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Oversees frontline operations and administrative functions of Club Red. Provides leadership and guidance to Club Red Team Members to ensure exceptional guest service and compliance with established policies and procedures. Actively promotes the Club Red program by assisting and educating guests on all available benefits. Our Core Values: Integrity, Communication, Accountability, Respect, Teamwork JOB SUMMARY: The Player’s Club Supervisor is a key operational leader responsible for driving team performance, delivering exceptional guest service, and ensuring flawless execution of all Player’s Club functions. This role maintains frontline operations and oversees the daily administrative duties of Club Red, ensuring that both service standards and internal policies are consistently upheld. The Supervisor provides direct supervision, coaching, and development to Club Red Team Members, fostering a positive and accountable work environment. The Supervisor also performs supervisory and administrative functions in alignment with Club Red policies and procedures. This includes overseeing team members during assigned shifts, addressing performance issues, and ensuring team member recognition. Additionally, the Supervisor assists in the initiation and implementation of departmental policies and ensures compliance through daily oversight.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of related Casino Experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience, with 6+ months of that in a casino players club.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams through performance management, mentorship, and coaching to drive service excellence and achieve departmental KPIs.
  • Experienced in directly coaching and supporting frontline staff in fast-paced, guest-facing environments to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Strong experience executing gaming promotions, drawings and special marketing events.
  • Effective leadership skills with a strong leadership presence and focus on accountability, consistency, and team engagement.
  • Track record of delivering exceptional guest service and loyalty-building experiences.
  • Ability to assess and troubleshoot operational challenges with sound judgment and implement effective solutions proactively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver feedback, training, and policy guidance clearly and constructively.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate strategically under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and maintain operational continuity during peak periods.
  • Possess excellent decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Advanced level data entry experience.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Pass NRWC pre-employment testing.
  • Ability to work any day, any shift, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Class III Gaming License.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree or higher in Business, Leadership, or a related field.
  • Experience using Player Tracking Software.
  • Knowledge Tribal Gaming regulations
  • Current knowledge of occupational safety issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provides strong and consistent leadership to Club Red team members, setting clear expectations and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring alignment with casino-wide policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Exercises sound judgment and utilizes the proper chain of command to effectively resolve guest concerns and internal personnel matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains efficient departmental schedules to ensure optimal floor coverage and team productivity.
  • Drives team accountability in actively promoting, cross-selling, and upselling Club Red benefits, events, and promotions to maximize carded play and guest engagement.
  • Models and reinforces a strong commitment to exceptional guest service and professional team member interactions.
  • Maintains, updates, and enforces marketing and departmental policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Provides full oversight of promotional execution, including all drawings and activations, ensuring accuracy, guest satisfaction, and regulatory adherence.
  • Upholds a high standard of documentation and operational compliance, identifying and addressing discrepancies proactively.
  • Participates in recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Leads team development by coordinating onboarding, ongoing training, and remedial instruction as needed to maintain performance standards.
  • Collaborates with leadership to contribute to strategic planning, tactical campaign execution, and expense allocation related to Club Red initiatives.
  • Prepares and delivers operational updates to management, providing insight on department performance and guest engagement trends.
  • Provides hands-on support by performing Ambassador-level duties as needed to maintain service excellence.
  • Executes additional responsibilities and special assignments as directed by management.
