As a Club Attendant, the pride you take in ensuring all public areas of the hotel are clean and tidy will reflect in the Guests view of our property as one of superior quality. Hotel Overview: The Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge, ideally located in Mountain Village, offers much more than a Telluride resort experience - it provides luxury living in the heart of one of the world's most sought-after destinations. Telluride has long been hailed a top ski destination, but with festivals all summer long and a myriad of outdoor activities, this unique city is a year-round vacationer's delight. Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge is just steps from the gondola, ski mountain, golf course, and many other outdoor activities. Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Clean assigned public areas throughout hotel Empty trash in all public areas and clean public area restrooms Clean all mirrors, inside of windows, wipe and dust all surfaces; keeping all brass shiny Vacuum carpets where needed Assist in cleaning residences when required Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards Report necessary maintenance items Practices safe working techniques and is knowledgeable of all safety and emergency procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Available evenings, holidays, and weekends
Requirements
- Available evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to speak English fluently preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

- Previous housekeeping experience an asset
