About The Position
The Club Level Cashier is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by accurately and efficiently processing food and beverage orders in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. This role ensures timely service, maintains accuracy in transactions, and upholds high standards of customer service within the Food and Beverage Department at Amerant Bank Arena. This is a part-time, event-based position with hours that vary based on the arena’s event schedule. The ideal candidate is a dependable team player who works collaboratively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding experience for every guest.
