BSN SPORTS is looking for a driven, goal-oriented Club Development Representative (CDR) to play a key role in expanding our presence within the club softball and/or baseball market. As a key contributor to our Club/Select division growth, you’ll identify, engage, and convert prospective clubs into long-term BSN partners—delivering high-impact solutions that serve the evolving needs of owners, coaches, parents and players. In this role, you’ll work closely with your Dugout Club Development Manager and collaborate with field sales teams to drive new business, build meaningful relationships with club owners and directors, and fuel national growth through regional execution. Requirements

  • Passion for baseball and a strong understanding of the club/academy landscape, with the ability to speak credibly to coaches, directors, and administrators.
  • Comfortable managing outbound outreach in a fast-paced environment with clear daily/weekly activity targets.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling messages across multiple channels.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and driven by both team success and individual achievement.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles—preferably in a sports, apparel, or team-focused environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems and basic sales enablement tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep familiarity and existing relationships within the club sports ecosystem—particularly club softball and/or baseball —is preferred, with an ability to navigate its unique dynamics and decision-makers.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new club softball and/or baseball organizations through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and attending events to build an extremely healthy pipeline of qualified leads
  • Support the full sales process from initial outreach to proposal generation, contract closure and handoff to local sales teams.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate CRM records of target accounts, lead status, opportunity notes, and relevant engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Professionals, Club Development Managers, and National Account teams to prioritize leads and coordinate territory-level acquisition efforts.
  • Assist in the development of sport-specific presentations and proposals, aligning product assortments and services with the unique needs of each club.
  • Stay informed about club softball and/or baseball trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape, using insights to add value in prospect conversations.
  • Meet or exceed individual KPIs for total incremental growth dollars, and contribution to new business pipeline activities.
