BSN SPORTS is looking for a driven, goal-oriented Club Development Representative (CDR) to play a key role in expanding our presence within the club volleyball market. As a key contributor to our Club/Select division growth, you’ll identify, engage, and convert prospective clubs into long-term BSN partners—delivering high-impact solutions that serve the evolving needs of owners, coaches, parents and players. In this role, you’ll work closely with your Dugout Club Development Manager and collaborate with field sales teams to drive new business, build meaningful relationships with club owners and directors, and fuel national growth through regional execution.
