The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is seeking a polished, self-driven Club Concierge/Receptionist to join our premier team. This front-facing role is key to delivering the signature hospitality our members expect. The Concierge/Receptionist serves as the welcoming face of the Club, assisting with member check-ins, answering inquiries, coordinating and submitting to-go orders, and supporting the front-of-house team with hosting and general administrative duties. This role falls under the Food & Beverage department.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food and beverage, front desk host, concierge, serving or hospitality role preferred; private club or luxury resort experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional presence.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
- Proficiency with basic office and reservation systems (Microsoft Office, POS systems, club management software).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude aligned with the service standards of Cordillera Ranch.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. MUST be available to work Sundays.
- We are currently hiring for FULL TIME, PM shift 2pm-10pm, with flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist members and guests upon arrival with a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Manage reservations for dining, events, and club amenities using club software systems (Club Essentials).
- Kindly answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and assist with scheduling or special requests.
- Experience Maker, be comfortable with food order taking, menu knowledge, upselling menu items and submitting in POS (Club Essentials)
- Coordinate takeout (to-go) food orders in collaboration with the dining and culinary teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as host during dining service and special events, ensuring smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain the front desk and lobby area to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Provide up-to-date information on club services, schedules, and offerings.
- Handle member requests and concerns with discretion, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Support the Clubhouse Concierge Manager and food & beverage team with administrative or service-related tasks as needed.
