About The Position

The person filling this position is responsible for monitoring activities at the pool and recreation areas. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Clubhouse.

Requirements

All candidates must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

Ensures that pool and recreation areas are always maintained cleanliness.
Every 30/45 minutes’ walk around the clubhouse and pools and approach resident to check valid access cards.
Bathroom checks every hour for cleanliness.
Ensure all pool furniture is neatly arranged and cleaned.
Power washes every two month
Close umbrellas on cloudy days
Empty trash when necessary
Keep the playground clean of trash and natural debris.
Use blower to remove leaves.
Set up and break down the rooms for event.
Must be able to lift 35 to 50 pounds, stand & walk for long periods of time.
