Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Requirements
- At least one (1) year of guest service experience in a casino environment highly preferred.
- Must possess exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
- Must be flexible to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs dictate.
Responsibilities
- Provides timely and courteous food and beverage service to Club 38 ViP guests.
- Records accurate through counts of Club 38 ViP Lounge guests and companions through the use of the application.
- Maintains knowledge of all current and upcoming special events in the Club 38 ViP Lounge and helps build excitement for these promotions.
- Acts as guest service liaison, handles guest opportunities and resolves situations so as to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service throughout the 38 ViP Club Lounge.
