About The Position

We are hiring a Cloud Software Engineer to develop, configure, and support large distributed cloud systems. The candidate should have experience with Hadoop ecosystems, MapReduce, and related Big Data technologies.

Requirements

• With Technical BS: 6+ years of experience
• Without Technical BS: 10+ years of experience
• Strong experience with distributed cloud architectures and programming models.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and sustain cloud-based systems.
• Work with Hadoop (HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Pig, Spark) and similar distributed file systems.
• Support NoSQL databases such as Hbase, Accumulo, and Big Table.
• Work with serialization and data interchange formats (JSON, Avro, BSON).
• Develop and maintain open-source and COTS software integrations.
