About The Position
MastarRec is hiring a Cloud Security Engineer to support cybersecurity operations for a growing organization in the United States. This role focuses on protecting systems, data, and infrastructure against evolving security threats.
Requirements
- Cybersecurity fundamentals
- Security tools and frameworks
- Incident response and risk management
Nice To Haves
- Cloud security certifications such as AWS Certified Security or Azure Security Engineer Associate.
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and CIS Benchmarks.
- Cloud security experience
- Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+)
- Knowledge of DevSecOps tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Checkov, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Monitor, secure, and maintain IT and cloud environments
- Identify and respond to security incidents
- Implement security best practices and controls
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and compliance teams
