About The Position

Cloud Operations Engineer Key Role: Manage, administer, support, and enhance cloud environments, ensuring continuous improvement and rapid problem resolution. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with Linux or Windows Server systems administration
3+ years of experience with customer or technical support
Experience with enterprise helpdesk ticketing systems
Experience with public cloud platforms or enterprise virtualization and Big-IP F5
Experience writing automated provisioning scripts, including Ansible playbooks, Linux automation scripts, and Windows automation scripts using PowerShell
Knowledge of DoD networks and accreditation processes
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III Certification

Nice To Haves

Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and managing cloud solutions
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Manager
Experience with CI/CD tools, including JFrog Artifactory and Gitlab
Experience with containerization technologies, including Kubernetes
Experience installing, configuring, and integrating custom solutions, including COTS, GOTS, and FOSS
Possession of excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or AWS Certified Developer - Associate Certification
