Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Location - Charlotte NCJob Description We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Migration & Infrastructure Engineer with deep expertise in cloud concepts, application monitoring, infrastructure services, automation, and security. The ideal candidate should be hands‑on, technically strong, and able to lead cloud migration initiatives while coordinating closely with application and platform teams. Strong troubleshooting, automation, and integration skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Only candidates with above‑average cloud knowledge should be considered for this role.
  • Familiarity with Venafi, SSH protocols, and certificate workflows.
  • Understanding of different SSO methodologies (OAuth2, SAML, etc.)
  • Good familiarity with MFA implementations.
  • Strong hands‑on experience in shell scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of cloud concepts, architectures, and best practices.
  • Experience supporting migration initiatives for DPC / NGDC or similar cloud environments.
  • Ability to collaborate with application teams to ensure smooth migration and post‑migration stability.
  • Lead onboarding of applications into various monitoring tools.
  • Demonstrate effective usage of monitoring solutions for issue troubleshooting with application teams.
  • Establish dashboards, alerts, and monitoring workflows.
  • Configure APIs in APIGEE and ensure secure and efficient integration.
  • Set up file transfer mechanisms: NDM, SFTP, including nodes and service accounts.
  • Configure S3 buckets/tenants, access policies, and security integrations.
  • Set up AVI / VIPs for load balancing and DR failover mechanisms.
  • Support requisition, configuration, and usage of:
  • Troubleshoot certificate‑related, SSH, and key‑related issues.
  • Support authentication mechanisms for applications and infrastructure components.
  • Support identity migration activities and troubleshoot authentication flows.
  • Develop automation scripts for operational workflows.
  • Implement data archival and purging procedures.
