About The Position

This role is designed for a results-driven sales professional who excels at building strategic client relationships and driving business growth in the cloud management space. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, identifying new opportunities while expanding existing partnerships. The position requires a strong understanding of cloud platforms, market trends, and competitive landscapes, enabling you to deliver tailored solutions to clients. You will collaborate with internal teams and engage with C-level executives to ensure customer success. This role offers a dynamic, remote-friendly environment where strategic thinking, consultative selling, and technical expertise come together to influence business outcomes. You will also contribute to proposals, negotiations, and contract renewals while providing insights that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of advanced sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud management platforms and consultative selling experience.
  • Ability to negotiate and close complex deals with high win rates.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce for forecasting and deal management.
  • Excellent prioritization, delegation, and organizational skills to focus on key opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of products, solutions, and competitor offerings (e.g., AWS, VMware, Azure).
  • Strong presentation, client engagement, and consultative selling skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, partner solutions, and cloud automation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding relationships within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors, market trends, and cloud management platforms to position solutions strategically.
  • Develop pursuit plans and ensure alignment of sales pipelines with account management strategies.
  • Build consultative relationships with clients, understanding their unique business challenges and objectives.
  • Support proposal development, contract negotiations, and successful deal closures.
  • Provide technical expertise during client engagements, including C-level discussions.
  • Drive contractual renewals and work toward higher-value renewals across mid-sized accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Share knowledge and best practices to accelerate client onboarding and adoption of cloud solutions.
