We are seeking a motivated intern to join our cloud team for the summer. The intern will focus on enhancing observability in our cloud environments using Datadog and OpenTelemetry, and developing customer portals to streamline onboarding processes. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge cloud technologies and the chance to contribute to impactful projects.

Responsibilities

Assist in expanding our current Datadog implementation to include customer dashboards.
Develop and enhance customer portals to facilitate faster and more efficient onboarding.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices for cloud monitoring and customer experience.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of our cloud infrastructure.
Document processes and provide training materials for internal and external users.
