Member of the Technical Services team supporting the Bank’s cloud, networking, and infrastructure systems. Assists with deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers, network devices, and cloud resources while following industry best practices and Bank procedures. Helps ensure secure, reliable operations for staff and members through day‑to-day technical support, incident response, and accurate documentation. Candidate will gain hands-on experience while partnering closely with a dedicated mentor and senior engineers working with enterprise cloud platforms, networking, server (physical and virtual) management and automation scripting.
