About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Business Operations Leader to support the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Cloud . This individual will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, enabling rhythm-of-business (ROB) processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. The role will directly support the VP of Segment Strategy and Cloud Acceleration in managing the business cadence and delivering insights that accelerate cloud growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: 12+ years in business operations, program management, or GTM support roles (preferably in Cloud or Technology sectors).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create compelling executive-level presentations.
  • Collaboration: Proven track record of working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI (or similar analytics tools), and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM and cloud performance dashboards is a plus.
