In order to address the most critical needs of our clients, RSM US LLP established the Integrated Cloud Consulting ( IC ) practice , comprised of more than 300 professionals dedicated to serving the cloud and infrastructure platform needs of our clients. This group includes experienced consultants located throughout the globe . We serve a diverse client base within a variety of industries and are focused on meeting our clients where they need us most across a variety of domains - h elping them realize their stated outcomes through our advisory, implementation and operations capabilities . We are seeking an individual with both broad and deep cloud implementation and migration experience with a focus on the use of AI and analytics to lead the continued growth of our cloud practice serving RSM clients in a variety of industries and geographic locations. The s uccessful candidate will have solid working knowledge of FinOps, Emerging AI Practices, application patterns, cloud architecture models, leading vendor products and solutions, cloud technology trends , security design and innovation a s well as experience leveraging this knowledge to benefit global organizations . The candidate will also possess strong leadership traits and exhibit a proven track record of developing , launching and operating cloud consulting practices with standardization of both GTM , Solution development and Execution . This individual will ultimately be partly responsible for the long-term vision of our practice , specifically in the development of non-people-based IP , including the focus on developing repeatable solution patterns that are available to clients. As a leader within the IC practice, the success ful candidate is responsible for developing strong working relationships with clients built on understanding their businesses , the challenges they face and the outcomes they are looking to achieve. The selected candidate will identify , pursue and close new opportunities with both existing and new clients and will provide subject matter knowledge to support the efforts of the broader consulting practice . Th is individual will also work across multiple client account teams within a wide variety of industries. The candidate is responsible to lead multiple team engagements simultaneously, including several threads of complex implementation and migration engagements . In addition, this individual will be responsible for leading a global team of application specialists, developing go to market solutions , working with industry leading technology vendors, and championing the cloud practice throughout the Firm. Successful candidates typically have 10+ years of experience in the following areas : Confidently speaking with knowledgeable clients on the topic of FinOps, AI , workload migration planning and overall value management. Acting as trusted advisor to senior technology leaders on AI developments and automated modernization. Identifying and building solutions to drive growth in project-based and managed services Develop ing modernization strategy for clients that include value framework s , application estate planning, modernization and migration patterns with a focus of using AI and automation to drive accelerated client value . Develop ing and running FinOps approaches using both native and vendor products. Designing, architecting, implementing and supporting simple to complex enterprise solutions for a variety of business use cases and requirements. Guiding and mentoring clients through the entire process Understanding common application development and deployment models including platform types (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) Creating repeatable solution factory models for both small and large environments Eminence building in the industry through frequent publishing and speaking on relevant topics Recruiting top talent through your network and eminence activities
