About The Position

Odyssey Group’s End User Technology team is looking for a Senior Cloud Endpoint Engineer to help lead initiatives that modernize, secure, and scale our endpoint environment across a global enterprise. In this role, you’ll work with the latest technologies – including InTune, AutoPilot, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), MECM, and Tanium – to design and deliver seamless, secure, and high-performing end-user solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT, with 3+ years specializing in cloud-based endpoint management
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, scripting, and MDMs
  • Strong experience with Windows Client & Server OS, Group Policy, and Active Directory
  • Proven ability to package, deploy, and troubleshoot software in enterprise environments
  • Experience with mobile device management (IOS / Android, as well as Mac OS)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g. AZ-900, MD-102, AZ-104, MS-500)
  • Experience with hybrid environments (Intune + MECM, AD + Entra ID)
  • Knowledge of endpoint security tools and practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management of endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Tanium, and co-managed SCCM/MECM environments.
  • Define and enforce endpoint standards, compliance policies, configuration baselines, and update rings.
  • Design and manage zero-touch and hybrid imaging/deployment models.
  • Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications using Intune, MECM, and Tanium.
  • Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and other modern scripting languages to streamline provisioning, patching, and ongoing endpoint tasks.
  • Maintain a high level of endpoint performance, security, and user experience.
  • Architect, deploy, and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments for remote/hybrid teams.
  • Monitor and optimize virtual desktop environments for performance, availability, and compliance.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for L3 endpoint issues and coordinate across infrastructure, security, and help desk teams.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new tools and practices to enhance device management and user productivity.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation, build guides, and operational procedures.
