About The Position

Cloud Collaboration Engineer Remote Fulltime Experience Level: Minimum 5 years of IT experience in Windows/Mac/Desktop apps application support Required Skills: Practical Experience of Microsoft End User products OneDrive Sync client for Windows, Mac and Mobile. Patch Office suites for Windows and Mac. Using tools like Jamf / Microsoft Docs / MacAdmins Community to troubleshoot Office for Mac installation and configuration issues. Application troubleshooting tools for Office Windows: e.g. Offcat, SaRa, etc. Experience in Supporting Microsoft Office Suite Support Macros for Excel and Outlook. Support Office Online Apps Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. Support Migrations & Acquisitions for Office Client Core. Intune MAM for managing the mobile O365 apps. Experience in Supporting Mac apps, Mac OS, Jamf, safari Browser, Azure AD, Mac Book, License advice. Mac installation and configuration issues. Willingness to learn new skills and technologies. Ability to make quick decisions, assume leadership without supervision, able to assume a role of authority as necessary. A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach Effective analysis: Ability to listen, analyze and summarize. Ability to work in stressful situations. Conflict management skills is a plus. Customer and team-work oriented. Outstanding communication skills. Excellent English written and oral communication skills The pay range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Requirements

Minimum 5 years of IT experience in Windows/Mac/Desktop apps application support
