About The Position

Sentinel is seeking a Cisco Collaboration Engineer to support one of our clients in downtown Chicago. This role focuses on configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Cisco collaboration technologies to ensure reliable, high-quality communication and collaboration experiences for end users. This is a contract to hire role reporting onsite at our client location in Chicago, IL.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Cisco certifications such as CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration, or CCIE Collaboration preferred.
Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco collaboration solutions in enterprise environments.
In-depth knowledge of Cisco collaboration products and technologies including CUCM, Unity Connection, Webex Teams, Webex Meetings, Expressway, etc.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, H.323, VLANs, QoS, etc.).
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
