About The Position

As a cloud computing application architect, you will create cloud-based technical architectures that meet client needs and leverage cloud capabilities to improve mission-critical applications and products. This role involves developing cloud-based solutions for national problems, utilizing the latest cloud technologies to enhance client environments. You will work with industry leaders to inform strategy and design, ensuring standards are met during cloud migration. Responsibilities include recommending tools and solutions based on research of the current environment and knowledge of on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources. You will collaborate with a team to help clients overcome cloud challenges and grow skills in areas like AI while developing critical systems for the defense industry.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with Cloud architecture
3+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining systems in an enterprise-scale secure environment
Experience with scripting tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Experience with IaC such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
Ability to work with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
