About The Position

This Cloud Architect role focuses on creating cloud-based technical architectures that meet client needs and leverage cloud capabilities. The position involves improving mission-critical applications and products by developing cloud-based solutions for complex national problems. Key responsibilities include utilizing the latest cloud technologies to enhance client environments, informing strategy and design, and ensuring standards are met throughout the cloud migration process. The architect will recommend tools and solutions based on research of current environments and knowledge of various on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources. Collaboration with a team to overcome client challenges in the cloud is essential, as is growing skills in areas like AI while developing critical systems for the defense industry.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Cloud architecture
• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining systems in an enterprise-scale secure environment
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with scripting tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Experience with IaC such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
