We’re looking for a Cloud Application Architect to join the team in a cloud or software engineering role, working with teams to leverage and expand your client’s capabilities. You’ll be responsible for working with current and new software development teams, architecting, building, and deploying hybrid cloud architectures in cleared environments. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience architecting and developing scalable, reliable cloud-native applications within AWS
  • 5+ years of experience with networking for hybrid cloud environments within SIPR, TS, or JWICS
  • 5+ years of experience building cloud-native microservice full-stack applications, and working with DoD STIGs or CIS Benchmarks
  • 4+ years of experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
  • Experience with DoD impact levels or classifications
  • Experience with AWS cloud
  • Experience with databases such as SQL and NoSQL
  • Experience with air-gapped cloud environments
  • Experience with common design patterns such as event-driven architectures and microservices
  • Experience with DoD cloud architecture or management, security, or networking
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT II Certification within 2 months of start date
  • AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience troubleshooting cloud-native application deployments and configurations in secured environments
  • Experience working with FENCES
  • Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (K8S) or other K8S distros
  • Experience promoting solutions into higher classification environments
  • Experience managing and configuring Ubuntu, RHEL, and Windows Server operating systems
  • Experience troubleshooting networking issues within AWS cloud
  • Experience in Identity Authentication and Authorization, including Single-Sign-On, SAML, or OpenID
  • Possession of excellent communication skills
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
