About This Role Arch’s summer internship program offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in the insurance industry. It provides a learning experience that serves as a foundation for interns to explore their career choices and to develop professional skills. Working alongside some of the most talented members of the specialty insurance industry, interns will gain relevant expertise in various aspects of the field. The program is designed with the following objectives: Provide challenging work that benefits both the intern and Arch. Develop interns through learning activities and ongoing feedback. Identify talented individuals for full-time opportunities.

Requirements

Actively completing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field.
Foundational knowledge or certification in Cloud Fundamentals, Python programming, and/or Database concepts; exposure to Snowflake and Power BI is a plus
Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
Current college students actively enrolled in an accredited college or university.
Entrepreneurial spirit along with the desire to be a continuous learner.
Team player who collaborates effectively.
Self-starter who can work independently and deal effectively with multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced environment.
