About The Position
Bayberry is looking for a reliable, responsible Closing Shift Lead to help lead the team at night and make sure the restaurant closes the right way. This role is all about being someone the team can count on. You'll help support the shift, keep things organized as the night winds down, and take real ownership of the close - from cash handling and end-of-day reporting to cleanliness, guest issues, staff support, and locking up the restaurant at the end of the night. We're looking for someone who is calm, mature, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility. If you're the kind of person who notices what still needs to get done and makes sure it gets done right, this could be a great fit. As Bayberry's Closing Shift Lead, you will help oversee the evening shift and make sure closing responsibilities are handled thoroughly and professionally. A strong close sets the tone for the next day. We are looking for someone who can help lead the evening shift, support the team, and make sure Bayberry closes clean, secure, and ready to go for the next day.
