About The Position

Primarily responsible for managing the pipeline of loans for closing and funding.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Word & Excel

Responsibilities

• Preparing closing documents.
• Approving final HUD.
• QC review of executed legal documents.
• Time request of loan proceeds.
• Work closely with Underwriters, Loan officers and Title agents.
• Performing such duties and assuming other responsibilities as may be assigned.
• Complete loan closing check list.
• Review and update data in empower to insure accuracy of the loan closing package.
• Generate closing package and send to closing agent.
• Warehouse Loan.
• Create Collateral Package.
• Review signed closing package for errors.
• Update and correct any errors.
