About The Position

General Description: Closing Leads ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently at Quick-Box, with a concentration on closing of the facility. Essential Duties & Job Functions:

Requirements

Must have previous experience of high volume Administrative/ Management in a production environment.
Must be able to manage 30 or more people in multiple areas and levels of functions.
To complete all necessary communications with other business units.
To be able to clearly communicate and articulate with all business units in a professional manner
Perform essential daily administrative tasks.
Leadership Skills: Senior Closing Lead will need to Lead by example. They will also need to direct staff when it is time to go home or stay late as needed.
Critical-Thinking Skills: Senior Closing Lead will need to create plans of action and access those plans regularly.
Organizational Skills: Senior Closing Lead will need to be able to Multitask, keep people and many moving pieces organized and working productively.
Problem-Solving Skills: Senior Closing Lead will need to be ready when problems arise or be ready to anticipate problems before they happen.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Management or training in team leading is a plus.

Responsibilities

Planning and organizing production schedules
Assessing project and resource requirements
Estimating, negotiating, and providing input on budgets and timescales with clients and other Quick-Box managers
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met for the production area.
Determining and regulating quality control standards
Overseeing production processes
Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
Selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials as needed
Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
Collaborating with client services to meet the needs of the clients.
Supervising the work of production leads, production warehouse associates, QC Coordinator, QC Leads and QC technicians.
Organizing relevant training sessions for all staff based on areas of improvement.
