Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ yrs experience in Coordinator/Admin istrative role in related industry (Title, Mortgage, Construction)
  • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel
  • General understanding of new home construction components and assembly
  • Strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with people
  • Strong knowledge of closing process for the homebuilding industry
  • Motivated self-starter, eager to take initiative and able to drive a process to completion
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with JDE software is a huge (+)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with lenders, sales team, construction team, appraisers and home buyers
  • Schedule New Homeowner Orientation appointment and Closing Date; formally coordinate overall closing schedule with all interested parties
  • Attend weekly Backlog meetings with Leadership to provide loan updates accordingly
  • Maintain JDE system with regular buyer updates on closing status
  • Generate sales price validations for lender and title to confirm final sales price and applicable seller closing incentive, as well as confirming all booked/received EMD payments
  • Review and approve all HUD/CD’s
  • Coordinate all required documentation for any Home Inspection requests and schedule accordingly
  • Review and rebuttal any low value appraisals; research closed comps both internal and via MLS
  • Prepare and submit any applicable check requests for leadership approval and processing
