This position is ideal for someone who values craftsmanship, accuracy, and takes pride in producing premium-quality work. Requirements

Basic computer literacy (selecting files, navigating simple interfaces)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to train on various woodworking machines

Nice To Haves

Woodworking, cabinet making, or production experience preferred

Responsibilities

Operate woodworking machines or assigned work cells in a production environment.
Train on additional machines or work cells as needed.
Work closely with the Production Shop Manager to meet daily and weekly production targets. Monitor progress against production timelines and notify the manager of delays.
Participate in team huddles and communicate job progress clearly.
Produce high-quality components with accuracy and efficiency.
Inspect outgoing jobs to ensure they meet Plus Interiors and California Closets quality standards. Document & report defects/issues.
Maintain tools, machines, and equipment in good working condition. Report safety and machine issues or malfunctions immediately.
