About The Position

U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services is one of the largest providers of corporate trust services worldwide, operating through 48 domestic and three international offices. They offer trustee, agency, escrow, document custody, and money market issuing services to a diverse global client base. The CLO Deal Administrator Trust Manager leads one or more trust units within the organization, working to achieve unit and divisional objectives. This role involves developing and maintaining unit policies, procedures, and training initiatives, as well as hiring and training staff. The manager is responsible for establishing and monitoring performance goals, coaching employees, and recognizing their achievements. Additionally, the position requires preparing and reviewing management and exception reports, acting as an expert resource for complex problem-solving, and managing the unit's budget to enhance revenue, control costs, and reduce expenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of experience in banking operations, sales, compliance/law, accounting, and/or customer service
  • Minimum one year of management experience
