About The Position

Denver International Airport (DEN) is seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Solution Owner to join our Procurement Team within the Business Operations division. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management principles, hands-on experience with CLM development, integration, and management, and a proven ability to drive user adoption across diverse internal teams.

Requirements

  • Certified Product Owner: Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and Product Ownership principles.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a strong focus on enterprise software solutions.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cobblestone and/or Workday, including configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
  • Proven track record of driving user adoption for complex enterprise software across multiple departments.
  • Excellent understanding of contract lifecycle, from planning to execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable product requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Education requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or other related field.
  • Experience Requirement: Three (3) years of data analytics experience.
  • FBI Background Check FBI criminal background check is required for all positions at Denver International Airport (DEN). Employees are also required to report any felony convictions and/or moving violations to maintain this clearance and be eligible for continued employment.

Responsibilities

  • Define CLM Vision & Roadmap: Develop a strategic roadmap for our CLM platform, aligning it with business objectives and vendor capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the DEN Procurement Team and our business partners to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and ensure the CLM solution meets evolving needs.
  • User Adoption & Change Management: Develop and execute strategies for successful user adoption across process stakeholders. This includes articulating clear benefits, developing training materials, and providing ongoing support.
  • Value Realization: Continuously monitor and measure the success of CLM initiatives, demonstrating tangible benefits such as accelerated procurement cycles, reduced process risk, and improved compliance.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Stay in tune with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in CLM to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Leadership: Act as a servant leader within an agile development environment, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the product team.
  • Technology Alignment: Partner with the Business Technology team to ensure orientation for key strategies like integrations, reporting, AI, information security, vendor management, and compliance.
