About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PMO to lead the successful implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical functionalities, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing the value of the CLM system.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on IT/SaaS implementation projects.
Proven experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and familiarity with popular CLM tools like DocuSign CLM, Icertis, Agiloft, or Conga.
In-depth understanding of contract management processes and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with Financial/Banking institutions is a plus.
Experience with Sirion CLM is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS CLM product implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and establish project milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Work closely with the CLM vendor to configure the system according to business requirements and best practices.
Allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, to ensure efficient execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, development teams, quality assurance, and customer success, to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
Engage with customers to understand their requirements, provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Oversee the configuration of the CLM platform to meet customer-specific needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and issue logs.
Generate regular project reports and performance metrics to communicate project status, risks, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Refine business requirements by working closely with stakeholders to capture and document functional and non-functional needs.
Groom Jira tickets by ensuring requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development, collaborating with technical teams as needed.
Prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) materials, including key performance metrics, project updates, and insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency, system usability, and overall adoption.
