About The Position

Akkodis is seeking a CLM Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Cupertino, CA. You will drive requirements gathering and analysis for Conga CLM implementations, ensuring seamless integration across upstream and downstream systems. Rate Range: $56/hour to $58/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years as a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and understanding dependencies across upstream and downstream systems.
Ability to write UAT scripts, manage and execute UAT cycles, and run reports using Tableau or BOBJ with database knowledge.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements for Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions, ensuring clarity and completeness.
Collaborate with business SMEs and project teams to understand dependencies across upstream and downstream systems.
Develop and execute UAT plans, including writing test scripts, managing test cycles, and validating deliverables.
Run and manage reports using Tableau or BOBJ and perform database queries to support analysis and reporting needs.
Work closely with Project and Program Managers to ensure alignment of requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Document processes and maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
