Akkodis is seeking a CLM Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Cupertino, CA. You will drive requirements gathering and analysis for Conga CLM implementations, ensuring seamless integration across upstream and downstream systems. Rate Range: $56/hour to $58/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Collaborate with business SMEs and project teams to understand dependencies across upstream and downstream systems.
  • Develop and execute UAT plans, including writing test scripts, managing test cycles, and validating deliverables.
  • Run and manage reports using Tableau or BOBJ and perform database queries to support analysis and reporting needs.
  • Work closely with Project and Program Managers to ensure alignment of requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Document processes and maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and understanding dependencies across upstream and downstream systems.
  • Ability to write UAT scripts, manage and execute UAT cycles, and run reports using Tableau or BOBJ with database knowledge.
