About The Position
This position is responsible for inspecting molded fans and inserting compression rings or clamps using manual tools.
Responsibilities
- With speed and accuracy, inspect parts for defects
- Insert a compression ring or clamp, based on the order, using manual tools
- Ensure each assembly meets quality specifications
- Perform visual inspection of parts before and after assembly
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Meet daily production targets with consistency and efficiency
- Lift up to 20 lbs. as needed during the shift
- Demonstrate respect and teamwork with fellow employees.
