About The Position

POSITION: Clinician WORKSITE: Kentucky River Community Care/Perry County Treehouse SHIFT: primarily Monday-Thursday 10am – 8pm EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Regular Full-Time SPECIAL SKILLS: Experience working with children/adolescents preferred. DEGREE: Master’s Degree in approved Human Services field with either LPCA, LPCC, CSW, LCSW, LPA, LPP

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children/adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Behavioral health screenings, assessments, and diagnostic impression interviews of consumers.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling/therapy to consumers.
• Provide psychosocial evaluations.
• Provide treatment planning and termination summaries as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Provide consultation/education/emergency services.
• Provide outpatient appointment and follow-up with appropriate service agencies as required.
