About The Position

The Connection is opening a NEW Residential Program that will support women with mental health needs who are transitioning to the community after a period of incarceration. The Licensed Clinician will utilize an evidenced based approach in providing clinical services to 8 women residing at the Women's Bridge program. This position completes intake evaluations, crisis intervention, risk assessments, group and individual counseling and collaborates with other members of the treatment team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with mental health needs, those in recovery and/or those who are justice-involved. An ability to adhere to ethical standards of practice is required. This is a part-time position that requires the clinician to be onsite at the program for 3 hours per day/5 days per week. There is flexibility for this position to work weekend or evening hours if desired, but some day time hours during the week are required. The weekly schedule shall be consistent to allow for predictability.

Requirements

• Clinical Master’s Degree in a related field
• State licensure (LPC-A, LMSW, LPC, LCSW)
• 1 year of related licensed clinical experience
• Valid Driver’s License
