About The Position

The Bridge Counseling Center serves individuals in the community as well as individuals who are served through other Open Sky programs in an outpatient capacity. We offer evidence-based practices that include medication management and cognitive-behavioral treatments to support individuals with various clinical presentations. These may include Psychotic and Affective Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Trauma Disorders, Substance Use Disorders and others. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled clinician to join our team! They will engage in individual, family, and/or group therapy providing high‑quality, trauma‑informed care and evidence‑based treatment to individuals experiencing a range of behavioral health and co-occurring challenges. The clinician also conducts comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, diagnostic evaluations, treatment plans, and completes timely and thorough clinical documentation. Other Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal and external partners including case management, housing providers, Emergency Service Providers, outpatient clinics, recovery support, and justice-system contacts to share information and ensure that the needs of the person are fully met. Oversee the development and implementation of Safety Plans and Crisis Prevention and Response Plans. Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, case consultations, and training. Provides supervision, guidance, and professional development to graduate-level interns. Participate in On-Call rotation and critical incident review process. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social services field with current licensure or license eligibility, required.
  • Strong competency in evidence-based treatment models and integrated care for co-occurring disorders, required.
  • Must be skilled in delivering trauma-informed and culturally person-centered care.
  • Previous experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community support and systems, required
  • Must possess excellent clinical documentation and communication skills.
