About The Position

The Old Colony Y is excited to be hiring for a dynamic strength-based, empathic, and professional Clinician who has strong communication and rapport building skills to work with families in our new Comprehensive Family Services Program! The Clinician will have an integral role as part of a team approach, along with an Old Colony Y Outreach Worker, in helping children, youth, and their parents/caretakers, who are referred by the Mass. Department of Children and Families, to strengthen and preserve the family unit, and enhance child safety and well-being. The Clinician will provide home and community based inclusive care and individualized treatment interventions to families on an assigned caseload through assisting them in achieving treatment plan goals, building and enhancing practical life and parenting skills, and making connections to community resources.
