Requirements

Master’s degree, preferably in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, mental health counseling, or a related field.
Requires BCBA or professional licensure (e.g., psychologist, LMHC, LICSW).
Supervised training and experience delivering comprehensive behavior analytic services and supports to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities within their natural environments, including conducting functional behavior assessments and designing/implementing/monitoring behavior support plans.
Valid driver's license issued from the state of your residence and means of consistent transportation
Ability to travel to various cities and towns as assigned

Nice To Haves

Dual credentials and/or professional training and experience in mental health, acquired brain injury, and/or positive behavior support (PBS) preferred.
Experience implementing positive behavior support strategies and/or verbal behavior assessment and intervention preferred.
Training and experience with clinical supervision, preferably in the delivery of behavior analytic services.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive clinical services and therapeutic supports in community and residential settings.
Develop, monitor, and evaluate functional behavior support plans to reduce challenging behaviors and build replacement skills.
Provide coaching and training for staff and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.
Conduct assessments on interests, preferences, skills, satisfaction, and quality of life.
Collaborate with families, guardians, and multidisciplinary teams—including residential, clinical, and community-based providers.
Participate in intake processes, Individual Support Plan (ISP) meetings, and ongoing care coordination.
Provide crisis management training and professional development to staff using our foundation-approved curriculum.
Maintain confidential clinical records and comply with all mandated reporting requirements.
