Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience.
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills.
  • Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally responsive care.
  • Must possess CADC Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical licensure or license eligibility (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with justice-involved populations, community-based services, or residential programs.
  • Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial screenings and assessments using validated tools to evaluate depression, trauma, substance use, and criminal risk/needs.
  • Deliver individualized therapeutic interventions through one-on-one counseling, community-based services, and residential interactions.
  • Develop and oversee treatment plans with clear, measurable goals tailored to each individual’s needs and strengths.
  • Serve as a clinical leader within a multidisciplinary, trauma-informed team.
  • Guide the development, implementation, and recertification of treatment plans and Individual Service Plans (ISPs).
  • Coordinate clinical input from therapists, case managers, advocates, medical providers, behavioral specialists, and direct support staff.
  • Partner with program leadership to support crisis intervention and stabilization efforts using best-practice, trauma-informed approaches.
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation to meet organizational, regulatory, and funder requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives that support clinical excellence and compliance.
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development opportunities.
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices and evolving clinical standards.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities as your experience grows.
